PullingGs Aviation Photography ("PullingGs," "we," "us") is operated by John Goral Photography out of Flagstaff, Arizona. This policy explains what information this site collects when you browse it or order a print, how it's used, and who it's shared with. Information You Provide
When you order a print, you're redirected to a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment card details directly — this site never sees or stores your card number. Our own records for that order keep only the photo, print size, paper type, order total, and a Stripe session reference, with no name, email, or address attached.
If you email us directly or use the contact form, which opens your own email client and sends the message straight from your device, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect some basic technical information from every visitor — things like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site running smoothly and securely, not to build advertising profiles or track you across other sites. We don't use Google Analytics or any third-party advertising trackers.
While shopping, the items in your cart are held in a temporary session tied to your browser and cleared when that session ends. It contains only the photo, size, and paper type you selected — no personal information.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of essential cookies — one to remember your cart contents, and one that helps keep our forms secure. There are no advertising or marketing cookies, and nothing here tracks you across other websites.
Who We Share Information With
- Stripe — processes your payment and collects your shipping and contact details to fulfill your order.
- Our hosting provider — stores the site and photos, and helps keep things running securely.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we don't share it for advertising purposes.
International Visitors
Prints currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. If you're located outside the United States, your information will be processed by Stripe and our hosting provider in the course of fulfilling your order or hosting this site, subject to their own privacy and data-transfer safeguards.
Data Retention
Order records (photo, size, paper, and total — no payment or shipping details) are kept for our own accounting purposes. Stripe retains the payment and shipping information it collects according to its own retention practices, separate from this site.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about an order and request that we delete what we control by emailing contact@pullinggsphotography.com. Requests regarding payment or shipping details held by Stripe should be directed to Stripe directly, since we don't have access to that data ourselves.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page along with the "last updated" date above.
